While necklaces have been named after family, earrings will be named after friends and other people who have influenced my life. Three names come to mind immediately, Sandy, Jean and Linda. Sandy has been my friend the longest, ever since high school when she was a friend of my older sister. She was always there when I needed a shoulder to cry on, no matter how long it had been since we spoke last. This is my way of letting her know how much her friendship means to me. She is worth more than her weight in gold. Jean started out as my boss, then became my mentor and now, after retirement, my good and special friend. Linda is also someone I met through work. She understands what I went through and is still there for me now.
